China, (hereinafter collectively referred to as
“Heartsome”).

concerning the use of its Site (hereafter referred to as

In your using the Site, you have fully and willingly

indicated on our site are, or will be registered, trademarks
of Heartsome in the Republic of Singapore and other
countries.
Additionally, all other Heartsome marks, graphics,
logos, button icons, and scripts on the Site are Heartsome's
service marks, trademarks, and trade dress; and these are the
exclusive property of Heartsome.
Heartsome's service marks, trademarks and trade dress
are not to be used in any manner that may cause confusion
among customers or that may cause disrepute of one kind or
another to Heartsome.
Other proprietary service marks, trademarks and trade
dress not owned by Heartsome appearing on the Site belong to
their respective owners.

Content
The Site may have links to other third party websites.
Heartsome does not take responsibility for the content found
in such sites nor is Heartsome liable for any loss or damage
consequential to your use of the third party content. These

WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIED.
